Hi Everyone,
This past long weekend we had nearly all of our senior staff out for staff training. We had about 17 staff here, in addition to our full time staff. Many of them came out the week before to help start the setup of camp. This was a great time to catch up and build new relationships. One of the big focuses of the weekend was skills training. We were able to split the group in half for this so that we could all get plenty of hands on training in each area.
The other big focus was on spiritual development. This time included taking an in depth look at the doctrine of our faith, as well as a time of sharing personal testimony. We have an amazing senior staff team this year, and we look forward to what God will do through them.
Prayer Requests:
Please pray for us as we prepare for rental groups in June. This will be an extremely busy month.
Pray for good health and rest in the midst of a busy schedule.
Pray that our staff team will remain united and focused on the mission of spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Please also pray that the hearts of campers will be prepared for the gospel message.
